WHERE DO YOU PRODUCE YOUR PIECES?

We produce our pieces in small batches in our atelier in Hamburg, Germany. Some of our items are made to order to avoid overproduction.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times depend on whether an item is in stock or made to order.
In-stock items usually ship within two weeks while made-to-order pieces take a little longer. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we’ll check your order!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns for unworn, non-hygiene items within the legal return period.
Please note that made-to-order pieces and hygiene-sensitive items such as tights are excluded from returns. Full details can be found in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy (AGBs)

WHAT DOES “MADE TO ORDER” MEAN?

Made to order means that your piece is produced especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create more intentional collections, but it also means that these items can’t be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Each product page includes a size guide and fit notes to help you choose the best size. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering, we’re happy to help.

DO YOU OFFER RENTALS?

Yes! Selected pieces from our collections are available for editorials, photoshoots, and creative projects. Please get in touch with us directly via info@herzschlaege-studio.com to request availability and details.
