1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by private consumers (“you”) via the online shop of herzschlaege GbR for clothing, accessories and custom pieces. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products
We offer clothing, accessories, and custom / made-to-order items.
Custom pieces are tailored or specifically manufactured per your specifications.
4. Target Customers
Our customers are private consumers only. B2B transactions (business to business) are not covered under these Terms.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed in the shop include applicable VAT (where relevant).
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay.
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Shipping is done via DHL (or similar courier as disclosed).
Delivery time for in-stock items: approximately 2 weeks after receipt of order.
For made-to-order / custom pieces: up to 1 month delivery time may apply.
(You should insert specific shipping cost tables by country/weight here if available, including any zones and surcharges.)
7. Returns & Cancellation
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to return non-custom items (the “cooling-off period”).
To exercise the right of return, you must inform us in writing (e-mail is sufficient), and send back the goods in undamaged condition, with all tags, in the original packaging as far as reasonably possible.
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed or unless the shipment was faulty.
Custom / made-to-order items are excluded from the right of return (i.e. no returns on custom items).
8. Defects & Warranty
We provide the statutory warranty for defects (in Germany / EU, generally 2 years).
If a product is defective, you are entitled to remedy: repair or replacement. If remedy fails, you may demand a reduction of price or withdrawal from contract.
9. Intellectual Property
All design rights, trademarks, logos, images, text etc. used on the shop remain property of herzschlaege GbR or its licensors. You must not use them without express permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Liability under product liability law remains unaffected.
11. Data Protection / Privacy
We collect, process, and use your personal data only for order processing, customer contact, payment, shipping etc., in accordance with applicable data protection law.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to German law.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Karlsruhe, Germany (or another court if required by law).
